Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions of Pilates Health Equipment carefully before using our website.  When you place an order with Pilates Health Equipment, you are agreeing that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

Pilates Health Equipment is devoted to providing quality Pilates equipment and accessories, and satisfying all customers who purchase these goods from our company.  For suggestions, comments, or questions, please email us at support@pilateshealthequipment.com.au.

 

How to order via our Online Store

PRICING LISTED IS IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS AND INCLUDES AUSTRALIAN GOODS AND SERVICE TAX [10%]. 

Add to cart the items you require and proceed through to Checkout.

At the checkout stage, you may choose to pay by either PayPal or Bank Transfer.

 

Secure purchasing through PayPal

PayPal payments accepted      

Pilates Health Equipment provides easy to use, secure payment options through PayPal, where you are able to pay safely using a credit card, PayPal balance, or bank account.  To purchase using PayPal, you must have an existing account with PayPal.  When you use PayPal to provide credit card or bank account payment, your personal information is not divulged to us or any other party, which keeps your financial data completely secure.

Purchasing by Bank Transfer

EFT payments accepted

If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, the email message you receive will include the Commonwealth Bank Account details where your EFT payment needs to be sent. Please wait until you receive our Tax Invoice which will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your online order.  Once your payment has cleared in our account, we will work to get your order ready for dispatch.

NOTE - Pilates Health Equipment do not accept payment by personal or bank cheques.

Alternative method of payment (via Credit Card) - not through PayPal

If you do not have a PayPal account and wish to pay by Credit Card, Pilates Health Equipment will accept payment via MasterCard or Visa upon request.  However, please note, a 2.5% surcharge will be applied to the amount being charged to your Credit Card.  To pay via Credit Card, please contact our office directly on (03) 8752 2604.

 

Delivery

We deliver goods to all Australian States and Territories, and New Zealand.  We are not currently able to ship to other areas.

When you order, please specify an address at which your goods will be received.  The deliver address must be within Australia / New Zealand and cannot be a freight forwarding service or industrial shipping yard.  We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

If paying via PayPal, your order will be dispatched after we confirm that your PayPal address matches the delivery address you have provided.  Any discrepancies will be brought to your attention by email for correction and speedy delivery.

Freight Charges and Service

FREIGHT CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE EQUIPMENT PRICE.  Freight charges are calculated based on your Postal Code and the freight charge will be added to the total at Checkout. 

When your order is accepted and payment has cleared, Pilates Health Equipment will make contact with the selected freight forwarder to arrange for the dispatch of your good(s).  For bulky goods, such as any of our Pilates Reformers, our third party freight forwarder will contact you prior to schedule in your delivery, with deliveries taking place from Monday to Friday during business hours

It is important to note when purchasing our large equipment lines, such as our Pilates Reformers, Cadillac | Trapeze Table etc., the freight charge confirmed at checkout will include delivery via a third party freight forwarder using a TAILGATE TRUCK or CRANE TRUCK to kerbside.  As these equipment pieces are of EXTREME weight, lifting these crates to any level above/below road height will not be possible - please be aware of this.

You will need to be available personally to accept your order!  The third party freight forwarder cannot deliver to an unattended address.  It is important to also note that the third party freight forwarder will not unpack your goods and/or carry your goods into your place of business/residence, nor will they deliver to an upstairs area.  Upon delivery of your goods, ensure that you inspect the goods/crate prior to signing the Proof of Delivery.  By signing the Proof of Delivery, you are stating that the consignment was received in good condition.

Our freight forwarder allows 15 minutes for delivery of your goods.  If the delivery takes longer than 15 minutes, you will incur additional charges - these charges will be invoiced to you by Pilates Health Equipment if additional charges are incurred and these will be payable upon receipt.  

Pilates Health Equipment will always do its best to make sure your order arrives within the stated timeframes; however, we do not guarantee that these timeframes can be met due to many external factors that may affect delivery.  Pilates Health Equipment will not, and does not, accept responsibility for delivery failure, delays, or mistakes by our THIRD PARTY delivery contractors. In some cases, multiple carriers must be used to reach certain destinations. We will provide you tracking details that will help us both keep informed of the deliveries progress.

Lead time for deliveries

When an item appears as 'In Stock' through our Online Store, that item will be in our warehouse and is ready for dispatch.  Where a number of items are ordered, some time will be needed to prepare the goods for dispatch, and to arrange the best couriers for the task. 

For Melbourne deliveries, we have the ability to deliver same day, so please call if you need an urgent dispatch. Also, for customers in Melbourne, you can choose to take up our Personalised Delivery Service which includes delivery and installation of your equipment to a ground floor location.  Please speak to us to find out pricing - this price is based on your location and the items requiring delivery/installation.

Please note that dispatch of ordered products will take place only once payment in cleared funds has occurred.

Pilates Health Equipment recommends that you send us an email (sales@pilateshealthequipment.com.au) detailing the product or products you wish to order to allow us to project the time needed for filling your order.

 

Unpacking / Assembly of your Pilates Equipment 

To best protect our goods for dispatch to our customers, the larger of our Pilates equipment units (for example, Pilates Reformers, Cadillac | Trapeze Tables, Pilates Chairs etc) are all packed in heavy crates - similar to the diagram shown to the right.  Our equipment does not come flat-packed.

Once your goods have been delivered in their respective crates, you will need to open the crate(s) and carry the unit(s) into your business/residence.  Pilates Health Equipment provide Assembly Instructions to assist with the assembly of our equipment.

In regard to opening our crates, we provide an opening instruction that will make accessing your equipment a simpler task. If you do not get this instruction, please advise us by phone (03 8752 2604) or email (support@pilateshealthequipment.com.au), and we will have one sent to you.

 

Pricing Policy

Pilates Health Equipment are dedicated to giving you the HIGHEST QUALITY PRODUCT possible at the LOWEST PRICE POSSIBLE.  To do this, we minimize administrative costs by not offering credit.  Because of this, goods will not be shipped until payment in full is received and cleared.  All transactions are premised thus.

Prices may change without prior notice. In the event that our website fails to represent a price correctly, as result of an error, omission, or other mistake, we reserve the right to refuse the customer’s purchase and refund any payments made.

Spart Parts

We have an extensive inventory of spare parts available to support Pilates Health Equipment customers who purchase our products.  If however we do not have the spare parts that you require in stock, we will endeavour to source these for you and provide them to you as soon as possible.  Please email us directly on support@pilateshealthequipment.com.au if you have any spare parts requirements.

Please note - Pilates Health Equipment do not supply spare parts to customers of other manufacturers' brands.  We recommend these customers source their spare parts directly from the original manufacturer for the equipment they have.

 

Return Policy

Pilates Health Equipment will refund or exchange on items due to manufacturers flaws only.  Any such flaws must be reported to us within seven (7) business days of you signing for your order.  After seven (7) days, we deem that you are happy with the order and consider it complete.  We encourage you to always notify us of any claims or grievances so we can help you resolve them as quickly as possible.  However, please remember that you must obtain authorization before returning any goods for exchange or refund, and all equipment, parts and accessories must be returned in their original condition and packaging.  Note - refunds will not be provided if returned equipment becomes damaged during transit back to us, due to improper packaging.  Any loss or damage which occurs during transport back to us, will be your responsibility.
